ITINERARY
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive to Lohajung, the base camp for the Brahmatal Trek. The journey from Kathgodam, Rishikesh, or Dehradun takes you through winding mountain roads, picturesque villages, and breathtaking views of Nanda Ghunti and Trishul peaks. Upon arrival, settle into your guesthouse or homestay, attend a trek briefing by your guides, and check your trekking gear. Spend the evening exploring the charming mountain village and soaking in the crisp Himalayan air before resting for the night.
After an early breakfast, start your trek towards Bekaltal, passing through dense oak and rhododendron forests. The trail gradually ascends, offering glimpses of snow-capped peaks and charming Himalayan hamlets. Along the way, you’ll cross small wooden bridges and bubbling streams, making for a serene and scenic experience. As you reach Bekaltal, you’ll be greeted by the sight of the frozen lake surrounded by towering trees.
