ITINERARY
Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from Rishikesh, followed by a beautiful drive along the banks of the Ganga and Alaknanda rivers. En route, you will witness the sacred confluences of Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnaprayag, where spiritual energy blends with natural beauty. The journey takes around 8–9 hours, offering stunning views of valleys, waterfalls, and traditional Garhwali villages. Reach Joshimath by evening, check into your warm and cozy guesthouse, have dinner, and relax. This day helps your body acclimatize for the trek ahead.
After breakfast, drive to Dhak Village, the starting point of your trek. The initial trail takes you through charming Himalayan settlements, terraced farmlands, and views of the magnificent Dronagiri Peak peeking through the distance. The ascent is gradual but steady, giving you time to find your pace. As you move higher, the terrain transitions into beautiful oak, pine, and rhododendron forests. By afternoon, arrive at the Guling Campsite, surrounded by dense woods, fresh mountain air, and peaceful Himalayan silence. Enjoy evening tea, followed by a hot dinner under a sky full of stars.
Today’s trail takes you deeper into the pristine forests as you continue gaining altitude. The trek offers mesmerizing views of Dronagiri, Hathi–Ghoda, and surrounding Himalayan massifs. After crossing forest patches, the trail opens up into serene meadows that glow beautifully in sunlight. By afternoon, you reach Khulara Campsite, one of the most scenic camps on the route. With wide open grasslands and breathtaking sunset views, Khulara is the perfect place to rest, enjoy photography, and prepare for the summit day.
Start early today for your much-awaited summit push. The trail begins with a steady walk across wide meadows, gradually turning steeper as you approach the ridge. Once at the top of Kuari Pass, you’re rewarded with a stunning 180° panoramic view of the Himalayas. Marvel at the sight of Nanda Devi, Dronagiri, Kamet, Neelkanth, Mana, Hathi–Ghoda, and many other peaks forming a majestic skyline. Spend ample time soaking in the beauty, taking memorable photos, and enjoying the cool mountain breeze. After celebrating your achievement, descend carefully back to Khulara Campsite for a hot meal and a well-deserved rest.
Enjoy a relaxed morning before beginning your descent toward Auli. The route offers a mix of forest walks and gradual slopes that open into expansive meadows overlooking the Himalayan range. Auli, known for its famous ski slopes, provides breathtaking postcard-like views. From Auli, drive down to Joshimath and check into your stay. The evening is free for rest, local exploration, or celebration with your group.
After breakfast, start your return journey toward Rishikesh. Enjoy a comfortable drive back through the mountains and river valleys, carrying with you the unforgettable memories, stunning landscapes, and the joy of completing the iconic Kuari Pass Trek. Reach Rishikesh by evening, concluding your Himalayan adventure with Peak Walkers.

🚆 By Train
- The nearest major railway station is Haridwar Railway Station, located around 20 km from Rishikesh.
- Haridwar is well-connected to major cities like Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
- From Haridwar, you can take a bus, taxi, or auto to Rishikesh (45–60 minutes drive).
✈️ By Air
- The nearest airport is Dehradun – Jolly Grant Airport (DED), just 20 km from Rishikesh.
- Daily flights operate from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and other major cities.
- From the airport, taxis are easily available to reach Rishikesh within 30–40 minutes.
🚌 By Road
- Rishikesh is well connected by road to Delhi, with regular Volvo, AC, and non-AC buses operating from Kashmiri Gate ISBT.
- The road journey from Delhi to Rishikesh takes around 5–6 hours, depending on traffic.
- You can also drive your own vehicle or hire a private cab.

We provide fresh, hygienic vegetarian meals during the trek—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snacks. Non-vegetarian food is not served at high altitudes due to safety and digestive concerns.

You may get limited network at lower camps and in Joshimath. BSNL and Jio work best, but connectivity cannot be guaranteed during the trek.
